Factory Management System
Exceptionally fast ERP/MRP software that includes powerful features, carefully designed "extras", great technical support, in depth training, and a great price!

WorkShop is designed for small to midsize companies. It has a broad range and depth of features that make it extremely appealing to a wide variety of businesses. Since day-to-day processes are important to running your company, the design of WorkShop has focused on making them as easy as possible.
WorkShop includes all the functionality that you might expect in a sophisticated manufacturing package. What you might not expect are the carefully designed "extras" that make WorkShop work in your business.

Modules

Manager
The WS Manager module handles the housekeeping for WorkShop.

Order
The Order Module creates the orders that are used by the shop to process jobs. Work orders include the instructions, configurations, and material lists for making the items and tracking them through the shop to their completion and movement to inventory.

Route
The Route Module is responsible for the routing instructions used by work orders to manufacture items.

Machine
The Machine Module defines the capacity of the manufacturing facility and helps with the machine maintenance.

Schedule
The Schedule Module develops a production plan for processing work orders through a manufacturing facility.

BOM
The BOM Module is responsible for bills of material and for the material requirements planning (MRP) process. The module also manages material orders for small jobs that only require a material list and simple back flushing capability

Plan
The Plan Module extends the capabilities of the MRP as follows:

Instead of calculating material requirements bill level at a time, the plan process looks at the material required for all levels from the sales order down to the raw materials in one single step.
The list of required components are time-phased to determine when they need to be ordered or manufactured to fill that demand.
The net requirements are converted into “planned” work orders and purchase orders which can be included in the MRP report.
The plan process accomplishes this task in one single pass and does not require the multiple passes common in most MRP packages.

Cost
The Cost Module is responsible for estimating and tracking the costs associated with the manufacturing process.
